The Pie Hole Los Angeles

I love the expression, "Shut your pie hole!" It has just the right amount of humor and hostility. However, I would never actually use that expression. Truly, I try to speak kindly to other people. Sometimes I fall short, but I do try, and usually succeed. :) Anyway, there is a new restaurant in the Arts District of Downtown that's called The Pie Hole Los Angeles. It is really, really good. I love pies of all kinds. I often make them at home, mostly fruit pies, and mostly using a purchased frozen pie crust from Trader Joe's. A homemade pie crust using cultured butter and whey is better, but it is time consuming to make. I am short on time these days. LOL Today my assistant Viriginia and I went to the Pie Hole for lunch. We each had a savory pot pie and followed by a dessert pie. They were both so good I wanted to cry. Virginia, who was skeptical, because she doesn't really like pie, felt the same way.
