Our New Bread Machine!

Well, you can see this photo was not taken by a food stylist! LOL Anyway, I have always wanted a bread machine, but I never could justify buying one. You know, in terms of price and just basic clutter. But I found one on Craigslist for a very low price and decided to buy it. It didn't come with an instruction manual, but I was able to download that from the Internet. And here is the first loaf our bread machine has produced. Much better than anything you can find in the supermarket. My ultimate goal, though, is to be able to replicate a mixed wheat bread that I always bought in Germany and loved sooo much! I'm gonna practice every day until I get it right. Best Wishes, Jen :)
